Event Specialist (m/f/x)

Your contribution to unique experiences

As an event specalist (m/f/x), you plan and supervise creative live experiences for national and international clients - from "small and fine" to the very big stage. Your diverse roles:

Realisator: You take the lead in putting creative event concepts into practice - and thus ensure unique events and satisfied customers.

Consultant personality: You build and develop relationships with your clients in your projects, guide and advise them according to their needs and lead project meetings.

Organisational talent: You coordinate and control all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources of your project teams.

Businessperson: You calculate new offers, monitor your budgets and bill projects - including reporting and documentation.

Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and get involved in cross-team projects.

Your strengths - for us and our customers

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and managing smaller teams
  • Confident appearance in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Mastery of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team orientation, structured way of working, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, business management thinking
  • Enjoy travelling (approx. 15 % of the job)
